Pre-Requisites from Snapcenter

1. Add Linux host in Snapcenter UI
2. Install Snapcenter MySQL custom plugin on this host
3. Create the MySQL database resource in the MySQL Resource page
4. Provide the database name, storage details for MySQL Resource
